Due to the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation the 550 Squadron Association Reunion planned for July 2020 in North Killingholme is CANCELLED.


There are a number of reasons that have meant that this is the only possible course of action.


The Association has been informed that all Church services at St Denys' Church, North Killingholme and other Church activities,
coffee mornings and craft fairs have been cancelled until further notice.


Furthermore, the likelihood of a flypast by the BBMF Lancaster have been significantly reduced because of the curtailed/cancelled activities of
the BBMF in the coming months due to the Coronavirus situation.


The Association has therefore taken the decision that the reunion cannot safely be held this year.


If you have made any travel or other arrangements/bookings with a view to visiting North Killingholme for the reunion then please update/cancel
these as the event will NOT now take place.


The Ashbourne Hotel have been very supportive of the decision and the Association will not be charged any cancellation fee. They have told us
they will be glad to welcome us back once the current crisis is over.


As and when new information becomes available the web-site will be updated.
