In contrast to earlier years the Association no longer books hotel rooms and meals on
behalf of members; members are asked to contact the hotel directly mentioning "550 Reunion"
to receive the discounted rooms rates and priority booking. Members will pay their hotel bills as they leave.

A limited number of Family and Exclusive rooms are available.
There are ground floor rooms and one accommodation block has a lift, so do please
mention any requirements at the time of booking.

There will be a formal seating plan for the Friday evening dinner in order to get a quite large number
of people all seated at one time together. There will be no formal seating plan for the Saturday
evening diiner for those staying the second night.

A form has been attached to the last page of the April newsletter that should be returned with booking
details and menu selections (to contact addresses on the paper copy).
