In contrast to earlier years the Association will no longer book hotel rooms and meals on
behalf of members; members are asked to contact the hotel directly mentioning "550 Reunion"
to receive the discounted rooms rates and priority booking. Members will pay their hotel bills as they leave.

- Comfort rooms (twin or double) £65 B&B per room per night
- Executive Rooms (twin or double) £70 B&B per room per night
- Single Occupancy £55 B&B per room per night

A limited number of Family and Exclusive rooms are available.
There are ground floor rooms and one accommodation block has a lift, so do please
mention any requirements at the time of booking.

We are not having a set menu this year; forms offering 2 or 3 choices for each course
from which members can make their selections will follow with the May newsletter.
The Friday evening meal will cost £17 per head, the Saturday dinner £25 per head.

There is no seating plan for the Friday evening as people will be arriving at different times,
but for the Saturday evening there will be a seating plan in order to get a quite large number
of people all seated at one time together. It would be helpful if those staying on the Friday night
could tell the hotel when booking if they wish to dine in that evening.

A form is attached to the last page of the May newsletter that should be returned with booking
details and menu selections (to contact addresses on the paper copy).
