Saturday 9 November

It is usual for a small group of members to meet up for a meal in the Ashbourne Hotel on the Saturday evening.
As the main restaurant is booked for a function this will be in the Bistro Restaurant.
Provisionally a meal for 15 people has been booked for 7.45pm.

Sunday 10 November

Timetable of Events:

09.30-10:30 Squadron Museum open.
10.45 Assemble at the Squadron Memorial Stone in Lancaster Approach.
10.52 Service starts, conducted by Revd. Steve Holt from Grimsby Minster Team.
11.00 Two minutes silence. Wreaths are laid.
11.05 Move to St. Denys' Church.
11.20 Church Service begins.
12.00 Service ends.
12.30 Three course carvery lunch at the Amethyst Hotel, East Halton. £18.50 a head.

This schedule is correct as of the date above but will be updated should there be alterations.

Please contact Don Kentish if you are attending the lunch as the hotel needs to have accurate numbers.
