Flypast confirmed - timing confirmed, for 14:15 (but may still be subject to change at short notice)

Saturday 9 September

Please note that the afternoon events are scheduled around the flypast, and the detailed timings
may therefore be subject to last minute changes (weather conditions, etc).

Approximate Timetable of Events:

09.30 Museum opens.
11.30 Museum closes.
11.30 Bar opens at Amethyst Hotel, East Halton.
12.00 PM Buffet lunch at Amethyst Hotel. Pay at the hotel.
1.20 PM Leave Amethyst Hotel for North Killingholme. Medals can be worn.
1.35 PM Form up behind Immingham Air Training Corps Band and march to 550 Squadron Memorial Stone.
2.00 PM Memorial Stone Service begins.
2.15 PM Lancaster flypast
2.25 PM Service ends. Photo opportunity.
2.40 PM March back to Village Hall behind Air Training Corps Band.
3.15 PM Service in St. Denys Church begins.
4.15 PM Service ends.
4.30 PM Tea in Village Hall. 550 Squadron Museum open.
5.15 PM People disperse except for those staying Saturday night.
7.30 PM Formal Dinner at Ashbourne Hotel. Pay on departure if non-resident.

Please do not park on Lancaster Approach other than to drop off and collect passengers at the Memorial Stone.
Off-road parking is available at John Somerscales Ltd (approximately 200 yards from the Memorial Stone on the right)
but as the site is used by a number of hauliers please do not block in other vehicles.

This schedule is correct as of the date above but will be updated should there be alterations.

Copies of the schedule will be posted locally and will be available at the Ashbourne and Amethyst hotels.
