The dates of the 2014 Annual Reunion are Friday 4th and Saturday 5th July 2014 for the main events, but some 
additional events for the Sunday (airfield tour) and the Monday (visit to RAF Coningsby) are also planned,
depending on numbers interested, and details of these have yet to be confirmed.

The formal dinner will be on the SATURDAY evening.

As usual we are using the Ashbourne Hotel in North Killingholme as the centre of activity for those attending the July reunion. 

In contrast to earlier years the Association no longer books hotel rooms and meals on behalf of members; 
members are asked to contact the hotel directly mentioning "550 Reunion" to receive the discounted rooms rates and priority booking.
Members will pay their hotel bills as they leave.

A limited number of Family and Exclusive rooms are available.
There are ground floor rooms and one accommodation block has a lift, so do please mention any requirements at the time of booking.

Should you wish to reserve your room(s) you can now do so at the discounted "550" rate by quoting "Kentish, 550" at the time of booking.
Rooms are cancellable until 24 hours before arrival without penalty. 

Key points:
 
1.  Members should specify 550 Sqdn Assoc when booking.
This will trigger the "550" discount on room rates.
 
2.  Details about evening meal arrangements for Friday night, and a schedule 
for the weekend events in general, and including booking forms with menu choices are published in the May 2014 Newsletter.
   
3.  Members should discuss accessibility issues at the time of booking.
 
4.  Members should check the terms and conditions of booking when reserving their room. 

In addition, if members are attending by themselves and would prefer to share a twin room
(a cheaper option if price is an issue) then this is also possible.
