F/O Neilson and crew

Inauguration of a memorial to F/O Neilson and the crew of LM134. The crew members were all killed and are buried in in Amersfoort (Old Leusden) Cemetery. F/Lt A D McConnell DFC (RNZAF) was the Squadron Senior Bombing Officer. He was standing in for F/O Stocks the regular A/B who was in sick quarters at the time of the flight. A second pilot was taking his first operational flight so in total eight crew men were killed.
