The Association recently learned, via the IBCC October 2022 newsletter, of the death of 550 Squadron veteran Vic Farmer. Vic Farmer passed away on 21st September 2022 at the age of 99.
Sgt V R Farmer was the navigator in the F/Lt R Thomas crew.
Vic recorded a number of memories of his time with Bomber Command, and specifically 550 Squadron, with the IBCC Digital Archive in 2015 and these are available from the crew web-page (link above).
