P/O J E H Davies and crew were lost on the 12/13 July 1944 operation to Revigny in LM647.
The crew was as follows:
- P/O J E H Davies (P) KIA
- Sgt A D Baker (F/Eng) KIA
- Sgt D B MacKenzie (Nav) KIA
- Sgt C M Pyke(B/A) KIA
- F/O N A Davies (W/Op) KIA
- Sgt G Taylor (A/G) KIA
- Sgt D A Donoghue (A/G) KIA
All were killed and are buried in Vignory Communal Cemetery, France.
